Terms of Use and General Rules of Operation1. Principles ABOOBY (www.abooby.com) is a Link-Directory. ABOOBY links to Websites and Online- /Internet-Shops. These links are tested and published by our editor. There are no sites listed which are against law. We reserve us the right to delete or don’t list links to websites, also without explaining for reasons. 2. Requirements The site which will be linked must fulfill the following requirements: a) no illegal content b) no content which glamorises violence c) no rassism or incitement content d) no content “for adults only” e) no dialer or selfinstalling programms f) no breach of international rights g) not too much pop-ups, (no flood of popups) h) no sites under construction i) only top-level domains / only start-sites (e.g. index.htm) Subdomains, Subdirectories and Subpages can only be listed in very special and reasonable cases. Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) and Affili-Sites will not be listed. j) no links with same content Double content links are recognized as spam and will be deleted 3. Costs ABOOBY can be used for free. We charge neither for linktips nor for search results. 4. Availability We cannot garantee a permanent availability of the services from ABOOBY, but we will avoid failure. Therefore ABOOBY is hosted on a reliably server which gives us a 99% availability. 5. Data Protection We use your datas carefully. The datas are either published as you can see in the www or used only to get in contact with the administrators/owner of the homepages. We neither buy nor sell adresses. Each owner have the right to get free information, blockage or deletion of his own datas. Websites, links and detail information can only be registered by the owner, the operator of the site or a authorizised person. 6. Advertisement For free use and free entries also in future, ABOOBY is financed with banner-ads and text advertising. Every user does explicit agree to advertising on the same site as the users link is. There could also be advertising of a competitor to the users business. Severability Clause If a rule or part of a rule is going to get void, this rule will be replaced with a rule next to the originally sense and all other rules are still valid.
